  • "I visited the HSBC Malta Property Expo last weekend and felt compelled to write in to congratulate you on the excellent organisation. Everything was very well laid out in a very professional manner. My only suggestion is to include more of the latest technologies so the general public can experience them first hand."

Free Sales Training Course at The Expo

Re/Max Malta has teamed up with the HSBC Advance Malta Property & Homes Expo to offer up to 75 aspiring real estate professionals the opportunity to enrol for free in the Re/Max Real Estate Academy.

During the Expo, being held between Friday, 13 April, and Sunday, 15 April, 2012, at the Malta Fairs and Convention Centre, Ta’ Qali, the pre-selected inductees will attend a professional, six-hour introductory course to be delivered by Paul Vincenti, Re/Max Malta’s exclusive real estate trainer.

Re/Max Malta CEO Jeff Buttigieg explained: “The course is structured in such a way as to provide real-life scenarios, so aspiring real estate professionals will get a feel of what being a real estate agent entails.

“Those who complete this course will be given the opportunity to enrol in Re/Max Malta’s Succeed mentoring programme, a nine-week interactive training course that will set them off immediately into a productive real estate career.”

The introductory course is being held in the MFCC theatre on 13 April from 6.30-8.30 p.m. and on 14 and 15 April from 4.30-6.30 p.m.

The theme of the first session is: Becoming a successful real estate agent. This covers having the right attitude; reminding yourself of your potential; the importance to be determined in your approach and to be professional; and working for win-win outcomes.

What is sales – why do people buy? is the theme of the second session, which delves into the psychology of the buying process. Why is it that sometimes people do not buy and how can a real estate agent understand customers more so that they can be guided in the right direction?

Dealing with a demanding lead, the theme of the third session, examines the different, demanding leads that an estate agent will encounter. It offers insights into how the real estate agent can tackle some difficult situations.

Anyone interested in ‘being in business for themselves but not on their own’, who aspires to earn an above-average income in a professional career, can apply. A certificate will be issued to those who successfully complete the course.

Candidates will be selected on a first come, first served basis. Click here to apply NOW.
